2024 Fatherhood Summit to take place November 8-9, 2024
Phoenix, AZ – The M.A.N. C.A.V.E. fatherhood program is proud to announce the 2024 Fatherhood 
“The 2024 Fatherhood Summit offers fathers and male role models a unique platform to redefine and elevate the meaning of fatherhood through authentic connection and shared wisdom,” said Marion Hill, Co-founder and Project Director for M.A.N. C.A.V.E. “This year, we’re focusing on ‘Authentic Fatherhood Partnership’ to encourage deeper involvement and responsibility within families and communities. We believe this approach will not only strengthen father-child relationships but also foster a supportive community for fathers committed to positive change. We look forward to sharing the Authentic Fatherhood Partnership program to the dads and male mentors in the Phoenix community.”
Day 1: Friday, November 8, 2024 – Fatherhood Workshops and Discussions
The first day of the summit will feature a series of insightful presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. Highlights include:
9:00 am: Opening remarks and welcome by Marion Hill
9:10 am: Remarks from Patti Kirkland, Deputy Human Services Director
9:20 am: Opening remarks from Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego
9:40 am: Keynote address by Michael Huesca on “Authentic Fatherhood Partnership”
11:10 am: Real Dads, Real Talk – A candid discussion on fatherhood challenges and successes
1:00 pm: Inside the Nurturing Fathers Program with Marion Hill and Edward Casillas
2:00 pm: Professional panel discussion on fatherhood and community engagement
Day 2: Saturday, November 9, 2024 – Field Day and Family Fun, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
A family-friendly Field Day, offering a variety of activities and fun for all ages.
